Cancellation Policy
LUVA takes the lead on creative direction, planning, and execution. This is for clients looking for a professionally curated event from start to finish. Includes: Full event planning + creative concept Vendor coordination + timeline management Visual branding, decor, and experience curation On-site LUVA team support the day of the event Terms & Expectations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and begin planning. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Events must be booked at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Rush bookings may incur additional fees. Any venue, rentals, or vendor payments are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged in the contract. LUVA maintains full creative control within the agreed-upon theme, and client collaboration is welcomed during check-in milestones. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and rescheduling fees. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
