Includes: 2-hour session minimum Online gallery for download One outfit change (additional: $25) Add-ons: Studio rental (as needed) Extra edits (than approved)– $10 each Wardrobe styling add-on – $50+ Extra hour(s) - $85 each
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Notice: Clients must notify LUVA at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee. Weather Conditions: In cases of torrential weather, the session will either be rescheduled or moved to an indoor studio space, based on availability. Image Delivery Timeline: Proofs will be delivered within 3 business days after the session. Once the client selects their favorite images, final edits will be delivered within 3 weeks from the selection date. Final images will be provided via an online gallery link. Gallery Access: Client galleries will remain active for 4 weeks. If the gallery expires before images are downloaded, a $25 reload fee will apply. Express Editing Option: Need your photos sooner? Add Express Editing to your session to receive your final edits within 5–7 business days. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
