Submit your work for feature in LUVA’s quarterly magazine. Spotlight your story, art, or business within a publication rooted in love and creativity. AFTER the first submission, there will be a $30 fee, plus depending on feature size. Includes (if selected): Feature layout (photo, interview, or promo) Digital copy of the magazine Contributor credit Social media promotion
Cancellation Policy
LUVA Magazine is a curated platform for celebrating creativity, culture, and authenticity. We love spotlighting fresh voices, powerful visuals, and inspiring stories—but with that spotlight comes a standard. Please review our feature policy to understand how we work with collaborators and contributors. 📌 ELIGIBILITY We feature individuals and brands who align with LUVA’s mission: “For the luv of all things creative.” Whether you're an artist, designer, business owner, community leader, or creative visionary, we welcome diverse submissions that reflect innovation, artistry, and impact. 🧾 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES All submissions must be original work or submitted with the proper rights and permissions. You may submit up to 5 high-resolution images and 1–2 paragraphs of written content (bio, story, or feature pitch). LUVA reserves the right to edit content for clarity, length, and tone while maintaining your authentic voice. Features are selected based on quality, alignment, and availability within upcoming themes. 💸 FEATURE FEES First-Time Features: FREE for our inaugural edition and selected community spotlights. Ongoing Opportunities: Feature placements may require a small contribution or advertising fee to support magazine production. These rates will be shared in advance and vary based on placement (half-page, full-page, premium spotlight, etc.). 📬 ACCEPTANCE & TIMELINE Selected individuals will receive a confirmation email with next steps, deadlines, and formatting requirements. All approved content must be submitted by the assigned deadline. Late submissions may result in removal or postponement. 📢 PROMOTION & USAGE By submitting to LUVA Magazine, you agree that LUVA may use selected content across our platforms (social media, website, email newsletters) to promote your feature. You’ll always be credited and tagged appropriately. 🛑 CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWALS If you need to withdraw your submission, please notify us at least 7 days before the print deadline. Feature fees (if paid) are non-refundable once design and layout have begun. We believe in spotlighting greatness—creatively, respectfully, and with intention. If you're ready to share your story, we’re ready to share the platform. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
