Whether reinventing your look or prepping for a photoshoot, LUVA’s styling services bring your identity and vibe to life through fashion. Prices shown are the base amount; prices may vary depending on the client. Includes: Style consultation & mood board Up to 3 styled looks Links to purchase items or moodboard styling Lookbook or outfit guide PDF Add-ons: On-site styling for shoot – $50/hour Wardrobe pull from vendors (as available)
Cancellation Policy
(Virtual & In-Person Styling Services) Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule styling sessions (virtual or in-person). A rescheduling fee will be applied if notice is not given in time. Weather Conditions (In-Person Only): If torrential weather affects the ability to meet in person, the session will be rescheduled or offered virtually, based on the client’s preference and availability. ✨ VIRTUAL STYLING SERVICES Session Delivery Timeline: Virtual Consultation Notes, Lookbook, or Shopping List will be delivered within 5 business days after the session. If client feedback is required, the final deliverables will be sent within 3–5 business days after feedback is received. Session Access & Files: All virtual styling materials (PDFs, links, lookbooks, etc.) are available for 4 weeks. After expiration, a $25 fee will apply to resend links or files. Revisions: Includes one complimentary revision of your lookbook or shopping list. Additional revisions are $35 per round. Express Styling Option: Need it faster? Upgrade to Express Styling to receive your digital styling package within 2–3 business days – $50 upgrade. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
