Cancellation Policy

Consultation & Design Approval: All custom orders begin with a consultation (virtual or in-person) to discuss design, fabric, fit, and budget. Once the design is confirmed, the client will receive a visual sketch or concept board for final approval before production begins. Deposit & Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order and begin sourcing materials. The remaining balance is due before delivery or at the final fitting. Production Timeline: Standard turnaround time: 4–6 weeks after deposit and final design approval. For complex designs or bulk orders, timelines may extend up to 8–10 weeks. Rush Orders (2–3 week turnaround) are available for a $100+ fee, depending on design complexity. Fittings & Rescheduling (In-Person Orders): Clients may require 1–2 fittings for custom garments. Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance, or a rescheduling fee will apply. Virtual Sizing (Remote Orders): Clients ordering custom pieces virtually will receive a measurement guide and assistance in submitting accurate sizing. LUVA is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the client. Alterations: One round of minor alterations is included in the price. Major redesigns or adjustments may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the changes. Refunds & Cancellations: Because each piece is made-to-order, all custom orders are final sale. No refunds will be issued once production begins. If the client cancels before production, the initial deposit remains non-refundable. Delivery: Finished garments are available for pickup, local drop-off (within range), or shipping. Shipping costs are added to the final invoice unless otherwise noted. Garment Care & Maintenance: Care instructions will be included with each piece. LUVA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care after delivery. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
