Service Description
LUVA leads your visual campaign, shoot, or brand story from concept to completion. This includes building the mood board, sourcing inspiration, team coordination, and ensuring artistic cohesion across all visuals. Includes: Creative consultation & mood board Shot direction, poses, props, and setting ideas Team communication (MUA, stylist, etc.) Presence on-set (in person or virtual) Add-ons: Set design/staging – $75+ On-location creative supervision – $50/hour
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule creative direction sessions (including consultations, concept meetings, or shoot planning). Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee. Weather Conditions (If Applicable): If a scheduled shoot is part of the creative direction service and torrential weather occurs, the session will either be rescheduled or moved to a studio or indoor location. Creative Deliverables Timeline: Initial Moodboards / Concept Decks: Delivered within 5–7 business days after the initial consultation or strategy session. Final Creative Direction Plan (including shoot briefs, shot lists, styling notes, etc.): Delivered within 10–14 business days from the date of agreement approval or deposit payment. Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be subject to an added fee based on project scope. Session Expiration: Creative direction session deliverables (documents, visuals, links) will be available for 4 weeks from the delivery date. A $25 fee will apply to reload or resend expired materials. Express Service Option: Need your creative materials fast? Upgrade to Express Delivery to receive final creative direction deliverables within 5 business days – $65 upgrade. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties.
