Join LUVA-hosted events as a vendor, creative partner, or behind-the-scenes team member. We spotlight creatives of all types — from food trucks and artists to models, stylists, and content creators. Opportunities Include: ✨ Vendor Booths (products, art, services) 🎤 Live Demos or Performances 🎥 On-Site Team: MUA, stylists, photographers, videographers, pose directors 💡 Sponsored Tables or Brand Collaborations 📸 Creative Team Hires (via LUVA Society Members or Application) Includes (if accepted): Marketing promo on LUVA channels Event visibility & cross-networking Behind-the-scenes media & photo ops Access to vendor lounge or prep zone
Cancellation Policy
For creators, brands, or hosts who want to collaborate with LUVA on an event or experience. Includes: LUVA support in branding, visuals, creative input, or co-hosting Shared promotion and collaborative content creation Vendor, location, and setup provided by the lead host unless otherwise discussed Terms & Expectations: LUVA must be clearly credited on all promotional materials and content. Collaborations must be agreed upon with a written agreement, outlining each party’s role and expectations. LUVA reserves the right to decline any collaboration that does not align with our brand values or creative direction. Final creative control for LUVA’s contributions remains with LUVA. Any earnings or ticket revenue must be split according to the signed agreement in advance (if applicable). Cancellations or major changes must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Every LUVA event is built with purpose, love, and creativity. Whether we’re designing the full experience or collaborating behind the scenes, we hold our work—and your vision—to the highest standard. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contracts will be issued for the protection of both parties. LUVA-curated events may involve a selection process Custom quotes based on needs and scope
